Choose fitting clothes that showcase your body. Baggy clothes won’t help you to see changes

When taking progress photos, please make sure I can see your body /body shape, I highly recommend sports bra and shorts so I can see any changes week by week.

Wearing something that is too loose makes it difficult for both you and me to see any changes that’s happening.

We must be able to see the tiniest detail.

- 3 Photos
- Head to toe shots
- Front, Back and Side

ALWAYS FASTED /  Taken upon WAKENING / BEFORE eating
