4 THINGS I DID WHEN MY LIFE FELL APART

Here's Your Free Guide from Angel @ A Positive Fitness

Between December and March, a lot happened behind the scenes for me personally. Family, life, all of it at once and somehow I still kept going. If you’re wondering wth happened and have missed out, I shared it here. 👉 [https://www.instagram.com/reel/DWymIfFERqR/?igsh=eWd6aXBhOHFwN2Y0]

But right now, I want to give you the five things that actually helped.

TIP 1: STOP STOPPING

Every time you stop and restart, you spend the first two weeks just getting back to where you already were.

So even when life is heavy, do the smallest version of the thing.

Drink your water. Have your protein. Take a 10-minute walk.

You don't have to do it all. You just have to do something. One thing keeps the identity alive, and identity is everything when motivation is gone.

TIP 2: THE RIGHT DECISION SOMETIMES FEELS WRONG.

When things were hard, choosing to eat well instead of reaching for comfort food felt almost cruel.

But when you're stuffed, bloated, and running on guilt, you can't think clearly. You can't show up fully for the people who need you.

Eating well when life is hard is not restriction. It's how you stay in control when everything else feels out of your hands.

Make the decision even when it feels uncomfortable. You'll thank yourself after.

TIP 3: LET GO OF ALL-OR-NOTHING THINKING.

"I already had the kuih so might as well finish everything."

One meal does not undo a week. One rough day does not undo a month.

The spiral is the problem, not the kuih.

The moment you catch yourself thinking "might as well," pause. Have what you wanted. Enjoy it fully. Then carry on like someone who is in control of her choices. Because you are.

TIP 4: BUILD A SUPPORT SYSTEM THAT ACTUALLY PUSHES YOU.

Stop bottling everything up and pretending you're fine.

Find someone in your life who genuinely wants to see you win, not someone who will let you off the hook every time, but someone who will show up for you and remind you of what you said you wanted.

The right support system doesn't guilt you. It lifts you and keeps you moving forward even on the days you want to quit.

TIP 5: LET SOMEONE HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE.

Not to shame you. Not to check on you like a report card.

Just someone who will remind you that you're still in the game even when you don't feel like it.

Isolation is where consistency goes to die. You don't have to do this alone, gf.

USE THESE. ALL OF THEM.

I'm not here to give you 20 steps that leave you overwhelmed and hating your life.

These five fundamentals are enough. Do them, and you will feel the difference.

And because this guide is a gift that keeps giving🥳, I'll be popping by on Instagram this week to check in on how you're going 🫂 and give you a little extra support along the way. Or come find me at @apositivefitness and let me know how you get on with the tips. 🌸
